Caregiver & Child

Soothing, inviting, and inclusive, Caregiver & Child classes help establish nourishing daily rhythms for your family.

Our Caregiver & Child classes offer adults a rare moment to relax and observe the growing child as they explore their world. Our gentle, Waldorf-trained teacher will take the lead in creating an environment for your 7-36 month old to explore and engage in self-directed play. With an emphasis on warmth and natural materials such as wood, silk, and wool, our classroom is designed to gently nurture your child’s senses. Caregivers will find an inclusive, welcoming environment where they can feel supported to share insights, ask questions, and be in community with each other.

With classes designed to meet your child in their stage of development and ground them in the wonders of our natural world, classes include time for open, self-directed play, a circle time with songs, movement journeys and finger plays, a snack that your child may help prepare, sharing of weekly articles and discussion topics, and a seasonal puppet show.

We offer indoor and outdoor class options. Our outdoor space is adjacent to our school building, designed for safe play in all weather.
