Soothing, inviting, and inclusive, our Under 3 and Me classes support nourishing daily rhythms for your family.
At Brooklyn Waldorf School, Under 3 and Me classes offer a rare and peaceful sanctuary where children may explore our inviting, nurturing classroom and caregivers may share in community.
Soft, neutral colors, quiet tones and natural materials—such as wood, silk, and wool—nourish the children’s senses as they engage in self-directed movement and play, cultivating social, linguistic and motor development. Gently guided by a practiced Waldorf Early Childhood teacher, children and caretakers alike are invited to gather for circle time, music, seasonal crafts, movement games, bread-making and puppetry.
Offered to ages ranging 3 months to 3 years, our Under 3 and Me classes open a tender world of discovery, music, and the gentle rhythms of childhood, while providing families and caregivers a welcoming and valuable community exchange of insights and curiosities about child development and Waldorf education.
We offer indoor and outdoor class options. Our outdoor space is adjacent to our school building, designed for safe play in all weather.

Under 3 and Me: Winter Session Schedule:
The Winter Session runs from mid-January through March with class options for children ages three to thirty-six months! For families who register after a class starts, tuition can be prorated.
Mondays

Tea and Plays are an optional and free opportunity for families to see our classroom space and meet an Under 3 and Me teacher (for adults and children under 3 years old).
