Mayfair



Our May Fair is coming up on Saturday, May 4th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Fort Greene Park. This festival is open to the wider community, so please invite friends and family.


10AM-11AM Set-up (assigned parents and some faculty)


11AM Families arrive and set-up of picnic blankets around the maypole. Please look to Ms. Meggan and Ms. Monika for the best places to set-up.


11AM-12PM Create flower crowns with and for your family. Please bring a flower bouquet for the garland making table. We also need one volunteer at the garland making station from each class.


12PM-1PM Bells will announce the beginning of the maypole dancing. We will dance in the following order:
Faculty
Bridge & Parent Child
Nurseries
Kindergartens
1st Grade
2nd Grade
3rd Grade
4th Grade
5th Grade
Community Members


1PM-2PM Picnic. Please bring a blanket picnic lunch for you and your family to enjoy. Also: We’re going green! Please bring your own beverage containers; water will be provided.


PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS ARE SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES DURING THE MAYFAIR.
